On Our Responsibility :)
For the first time, only and exclusively on Sound Of Sakia Radio... As usual our surprises never ends but this time it's seriously different and very unique, what you will hear with us, you will not hear anywhere else and we take responsibility for what we say.
Only for you Saqyaweya, the very talented poet finally gave us the approval to air his poems on our radio starting from this month. Guess who? Yes, it's Hisham Kamel Abbas Mahmoud El Gakh who lived most of his life in Sohag governorate, though his father is from Qena governorate.
Hisham studied commerce in Sohag which was related to Asyut University, and then he moved to Ain Shams University where he graduated in the year 2003.
After graduation, he started working on his masters in business administration. At the same time, he was offered to be in charge of the cultural institute in his university which he gladly took but he resigned from it in November 2009 and he kept the resignation reasons for himself saying that he's not the kind of person to be stuck on a desk for the whole day.
He loves poetry, and respects it like no one; he never cites poems unless he really feels like it without feeling any obligation. He writes his poems really carefully because he adores looking in his fans eyes and seeing it glowing brightly while he's sharing his poems on stage waiting for the applause. His unique hope is when he dies for the whole world to know that Hisham El Gakh has died.
And because Sound of Sakia is as unique as Hisham's poems and because he was born in the first days of October we decided to say HAPPY BIRTHDAY in our own way by releasing his work to his beloved fans who will celebrate the same occasion with us as they are fond of him J
